Call for Papers
MNCERT/CC invites speakers, researchers, industry experts, government representatives, and security practitioners to submit presentation proposals for MNSEC 2026, Mongolia’s leading cybersecurity conference.
As cyber threats continue to evolve rapidly with the rise of Artificial Intelligence, cloud-native technologies, critical infrastructure digitization, and geopolitical cyber risks, MNSEC 2026 aims to bring together the cybersecurity community to share practical experiences, innovative research, lessons learned, and forward-looking strategies.
The conference provides a platform for knowledge exchange among professionals from government, telecommunications, finance, critical infrastructure, academia, law enforcement, and the private sector.

Presentation format: 30-minute presentation.

Speaker Notes
- [+]Practical experience is preferred over theoretical discussions.
- [+]Presentations may be delivered in Mongolian or English.
- [+]Accepted presentations may be published on the MNCERT/CC website unless otherwise requested by the speaker.
- [+]Speakers are encouraged to include technical depth, operational lessons, and measurable outcomes.
Travel & Visa
If an accepted speaker requires visa support to visit Mongolia, MNCERT/CC will provide the necessary supporting documents. Please note that MNCERT/CC does not cover travel or accommodation costs for the conference.
